Living at The Bridge

The Bridge will include 1,500 new homes in a variety of contemporary styles. Ranging from apartments through to 2,3 and 4 bedroom houses, the new residential areas will be designed to create safe, friendly neighbourhoods. Available on a range of different tenures, the new homes will be fully equipped with real-time access to Fastrack travel information.
Taylor Wimpey is building 1.134 homes in phases across the western part of The Bridge site, while Persimmon Homes is planning 90 new homes around the western and southern banks of the South Lake.

Reflecting the ethos of The Bridge, artist William Jordan is creating a sculpture trail across the site. Made principally from re-cycled and reclaimed materials, the sculpture trail offers an interesting new perspective on ideas of innovation and sustainability.
